Data is retained only for as long as required to provide the service or as required by South African law. When no longer needed, data is securely deleted.

Where Zeus Black uses trusted third-party infrastructure to operate the system, those providers are bound by equivalent security and confidentiality obligations.

Zeus Black operates in alignment with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We process personal information lawfully, transparently and only for the purposes stated above.
